2. Booking Deposits
To secure your mobile tyre service, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit covers administration costs and ensures that a technician is reserved specifically for your appointment slot.

3. Arrival Delays & Service Disruptions
While we aim to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or prior service overruns. In such situations:

The deposit remains non-refundable, but

We will communicate any delays promptly and reschedule your appointment at your convenience where possible.

4. Cancellations

24 hours notice: You may reschedule or request a partial refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Less than 24 hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund due to lost technician time and logistics.

5. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

If our technician is unable to complete the service due to an internal error.

If incorrect tyres were supplied due to our mistake.

Refunds will not be granted if:

The error was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong tyre size, vehicle details).

The service could not be completed due to unsafe or inaccessible locations (e.g., no space to operate, dangerous surroundings).

The cancellation did not meet our 24-hour notice requirement.

6. Spare Tyre Fitting, Locking Wheel Nut Removal & Jumpstart Services
These add-on or standalone services are also subject to this same cancellation and refund policy.
