At QuickTyre Fit, we strive to provide reliable and timely mobile tyre fitting services across the UK. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations.

2. Booking Deposits & Refunds

  • When you book a tyre fitting service, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • This deposit covers administrative costs and ensures availability for your scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals & Delays

While we aim to arrive at the scheduled time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, adverse weather conditions, or previous job overruns.

In such cases, we cannot offer a refund of the booking deposit, but we will keep you informed and do our best to reschedule at your convenience.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we may offer a partial refund or reschedule your booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Service Issues & Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or rework under the following circumstances:

  • If we fail to complete the service due to an issue on our end.
  • If the tyres provided are incorrect due to our mistake.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The issue arises due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong tyre size or vehicle details).
  • The service could not be completed due to inaccessibility at the location (e.g., lack of space to work or unsafe conditions).
